Welcome to Sacred Spiral Holistics

a space woven with ancient wisdom, wild earth magic, and heart-led healing.

I’m Kate, a witch, wildling, Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki teacher, and earth-based shamanic healer walking the old ways. My path is rooted in deep relationship with the land, the cycles of nature, and the wild spirit that lives within us all. A central part of my practice is a devotion to the ancestral mother tongue — the Proto-Celtic language — and the way sound, word, and vibration carry memory, magic, and meaning across time.

I work with ancestral language not as history alone, but as living medicine — a way of remembering who we are beneath the modern world, and of honouring the peoples, lands, and wisdom that came before us.

Here you’ll find offerings crafted with deep intention — from sacred oils and aura sprays to magical tools and earth-born remedies. Each piece is created slowly and consciously, infused with Reiki, crystal energy, seasonal plants, ancestral words, and shamanic practice, bringing healing and magic together in harmony.
