Sacred Rest is a 90-minute monthly rest temple for women who are ready to soften and restore.

Through gentle nervous system settling and an extended Reiki bath within a carefully held, quiet space, you are invited to fully switch off. There is no sharing circle and nothing required of you — simply space to lie down, be supported, and receive.

You will leave feeling nourished, rested and deeply taken care of.
