Sagyo

(Healing magick · Mysticism in the old tongue)

Sagyo is a ceremonial tea blend created with intention and devotion. Each batch is consciously prepared, blessed with celestial energy, and rested beneath the full moon to deepen its subtle potency. This blend was born from my own meditation and lucid dreaming rituals, used as a bridge to the higher self and to ancestral connection.

Both Mugwort and Blue Lotus have been honoured by ancient civilisations for ritual, healing and celebration, and form the heart of this visionary blend.

Blue Lotus

Revered in ancient Egypt, Blue Lotus is steeped in myth and spiritual symbolism. Traditionally associated with elevated states of awareness, it is used to support relaxation, inner clarity and connection to the dream and liminal realms. It is often worked with in practices focused on higher consciousness and lucid dreaming.

Mugwort

Long considered one of the most sacred herbs by Celtic and Druidic traditions, Mugwort has a strong relationship with dreaming, journeying and protection. It is traditionally associated with feminine wisdom and is said to support safe passage through the inner and dream worlds.

Damiana

A gently calming herb that supports relaxation of the nervous system, encouraging a shift into a rest-and-digest state and easing mental or physical tension.

Chamomile

Traditionally used as a whole-body relaxant, Chamomile is valued for its soothing qualities and its long history as a natural sleep-supporting herb.

Use

Each pouch contains approximately 15–22 cups. Use 1 teaspoon per cup, allowing the herbs time to steep slowly and fully.

This blend may interact with certain medications, including antidepressants, blood pressure or blood-thinning medications. Please consult your herbalist or medical professional before use if you are taking medication.
